"After the hailstorm in our area, many salespeople knocked on our door and left brochures. Mike was the only one who actually showed us the damage to our siding and was willing to get up on our steep roof. Knowing the business owner was also the salesperson put our minds at ease. He knew what he was talking about, clearly explained what needed to be done (new roof, new siding, new window wraps, new garage door, new gutters), and did it. Our insurance company has not been easy to work with, but with Mike's persistence, repeated calls, photos, and coaching, our insurance payout was higher than originally anticipated. He was at our house the day the agent arrived, explained all of the insurance statements, and shared the step-by-step process. Forty years of homeownership, and this was our first claim. We were relieved to have such capable guidance. Honestly, we don't know how we would've gotten through the insurance system without Mike! The roof, siding, and gutter teams were hardworking, friendly, tidy, and respectful. We came to trust them as much as we did Mike. We have five different levels on our roof and complicated walls on our two-story house to be sided. Each was a big job that took several weeks to complete. Regardless of the heat, the guys came each morning with smiles on their faces and worked very hard until dark, with only a lunch break. They took pride in their work, and it showed! Our house has truly been transformed from top to bottom! Exceptional Exteriors is aptly named. From start to finish, all of our exterior needs have been taken care of exceptionally! "I was skeptical at first, and I'm now glad that my wife answered the door because I probably would have said no thinking it was a waste of time. I didn't think my roof had any hail damage but Michael assured me there was. Michael meet the insurance adjuster at my house and they walked my roof together. The insurance adjuster agreed there was hail damage and he wrote me for a new roof and gutters! The crew of about 8 was very professional and worked very fast and even cleaned up afterwards. You could tell watching them work that this wasn't their first rodeo. The roofers finished in one day. The gutter installers arrived a week later and worked even faster. They installed all my gutters in less than 4 hours! Amazing! Good work!"
