"We had just moved into our new home when my 4 year old left the upstairs bathtub running for about 2 hours. It wasn’t until the water was coming through the kitchen ceiling lights that I realized what had happened. I’ve never had to deal with this amount of flooding and didn’t know where to start. A neighbor recommended Indy Roof & Restoration for water mitigation and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They came out that day and started drying out the floors and walls. They stayed in contact throughout the whole process, were very attentive, and extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any water damage. Thank you guys!"
"We would give zero stars if that were an option. Our experience with Indy Roof & Restoration has been extremely disappointing. What should have been a straight forward siding and gutter project extended beyond a year due to repeated material and installation errors, along with ongoing communication issues and a lack of follow-through to properly resolve concerns. Unfortunately, within three months of completion, we began noticing siding pieces that were not properly secured. After all the difficulties we experienced throughout the project to the very end, we do not feel confident in contacting the company to address these problems. We cannot recommend Indy Roof & Restoration based on this awful experience."
