We recently turned an old Discount Tire into a state of the art dental practice, and we had A LOT of leaks we found after the first big storm. We called Jackson around 8am and we had someone to our practice within the hour. They not only went up on the roof, but they professionally flew a drone to not only get a better idea of what was going on, but they were able to show us exactly what they were seeing to help us understand as well. They came out and patched up all the areas we were dealing with the leak... We then sat down and spoke to Rob and Sam on a plan for our building. One of the issues we had was from a metal piece that had flipped up on the side of our building and then hit the entire roof while it was flying around, basically "poking holes". Jackson walked us through the plan, kept us informed on where we were, the steps we were taking, and had the job done very quick. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Cody came out promptly and explained everything to me in detail--the expense the work to be done, and how long it would take to complete. He made perfectly clear to me that the weather could change the scheduled date. Cody communicated with me regularly, and despite the weather swings which caused a couple changes, I came up on schedule rather quickly. The installation crewmen were professional, clean and courteous and the work was done excellently. They stayed within budget and left the site impeccably clean. My new roof looks great!
