"Very good work and tremendous team to work with through the whole process. I took a while to write this review as I wanted to see how our replaced windows did through various Central Indiana seasons. We had 20+ windows replaced due to hail damage (some covered by claim, some paid personal). We worked directly with Carter Phillips who was outstanding. They were involved from the very start through all the measurements (with Pella), helping us in communications with insurance, and just keeping us up to date. We had windows replaced in stone exterior, brick exterior, and wood siding. They really made the process seamless. And I cannot say enough about the crew of installers. They had all windows installed in 5 days and that included one day where they uncovered some framing rot due to the previous windows being improperly installed. They immediately said something and were able to remove the damage and correct it the same day at a small additional charge for materials and labor (it was no small feat). That was much better than just slapping it together and having us to worry about getting it fixed later. Additionally, one of the window sizes was ordered incorrectly. Upon realization when the wrong window arrived, they had a replacement on order the same day with expedite (no cost to us). When the window arrived about 4 weeks later, the installers came back the day it arrived and had it installed in a couple hours. We also used JAX for the exterior painting of our home after the window install…again, very professional and done in a few days. I would highly recommend this team for window replacements if you ever need them and if you get to work with Carter, you’ll be in good hands."

He kept everything on schedule, answered all our questions, and made sure the job was done right. The crew was efficient and respectful, and the finished roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend!"
