"Hello, My name is Ralph. I began using Lindholm roofing in 2019 for my residential roof replacement. This was my parents home and layer after layer of shingles were add ( a Total of 4) which really created more problems than it was meant to resolve. I contacted them and was put in touch with Milton. He quickly came out, inspected the scope of the project and thoroughly explained it to myself and my mother. WE needed to have all 4 layers shingles removed, which exposed the aged space sheathing ( the home is more than 100 years old). Long story short shingles were removed, damaged space sheathing was replaced, roof was decked, ice shield installed, felt installed and finally the shingles. We wound up with a dumpster full of removed shingles! The crew was amazing to say the least and all of the work was completed within 8 hours! Now I am having my gutters replaced and once again the workmanship, as well as the material used was top notch. I normally do not leave reviews however this company as well as the personnel that service my needs were all top notch. And they also assisted with project financing! All I can say is another job well done! ( and they cleaned up the worksite after completing the project). Thanks!"
"Lindholm roofing always sends the most knowledgeble and reliable guys! We had leaking around a skylight in our roof. They inspected all the seals around the older skylight and the shingles around the skylight and fixed the problem and gave me peace of mind regarding the stability of my 34yr old skylight. This was all done in a very quick response to my need in the month of February when it was very cold."
