"We hired Native in January 2020 to replace the roof on our home, as we had leaks and wind/storm damage. We received many quotes and ultimately Abraham made us feel the most confident. Native quickly got the job done - all three of the previous owner's layers removed, rotten wood replaced, etc. Abraham also worked with our insurance company to have the entire replacement covered by our insurance company, minus a new addition and a few upgrades we opted to have installed. Less than two months later, around 1:30 AM, a large oak tree fell from our backyard onto our house. Abraham and his team were on site within an hour or two - in the rain - putting a tarp on the the roof to stop the rain from coming inside, inspecting the interior of our home to ensure it was safe to remain inside, and checking for anything electrical that may have been damaged. A few hours later, in the daylight, his team was back removing the tree from the top of our house and truck. They worked extremely quickly and efficiently. Our insurance company was not happy to have another claim to pay on a brand new roof. Abraham was so wonderful in dealing with the adjuster and making sure things were done correctly. The adjuster assigned to our claim did not want to pay to have things redone safely or properly but Abraham fought for us and our home using his experience as a contractor and knowledge of state insurance laws. Ultimately, everything was covered that needed to be, thanks to Abraham's diligence and patience in dealing with the adjuster. The Native team put our home back together again just as quickly and with as much attention to detail as the first time. After dealing with other subpar contractors, it is wonderful to have a company that shows up on time, does what they say they will do, and has high standards for their quality of work. We can't recommend Native enough."
