"I would not recommend this company for your roof. I had Josh come out and bid a fix to my roof and chimney flashing. Josh said he could fix the roofing problem but was not able to fix it. He also put shingles on the roof that were no where near matching to the non worked on areas. When I had Josh come back out he was argumentative that the roofing issue couldn’t be fixed and that the shingles just didn’t match because the existing ones were older. I called the company and sent pictures to Jake who agreed that the shingles looked bad and he would send Josh back out to fix the issue. We found shingles that were a close match and I had those installed. The company took half off the proposed bill after I told them they only completed half the work. Josh has terrible attention to detail, does not listen to the customer, and does not perform quality control. I asked Jake to have someone else from the company come out and quality control check the work and he said they would. My new roofer found additional areas after Precison roofing stated the work was complete and sent an invoice. The one star is because the flashing around the chimney actual meets the terms of the contract. "Everyone says they are the number one company but the longevity and integrity of this company make it pretty obvious. Good people, using top quality materials, and will be the first to tell you if you don't need a roof or repair. This is a company you can trust with such a big investment. They will also work with insurance to make sure you are getting what you need. You don't want the cheapest roof and you don't need the most expensive one just to pay for massive overhead that comes with large companies. "Just got my roof installed by Jesus and his team. They did the entire house and just under three days. It was unbelievable how fast they got done. They are very professional and there are no nails left on my lawn. Everything is clean and looks perfect.
