"Mr. Ramirez was truly a godsend in our lives. We had been attempting to get my 82yr old mom’s roof replaced for quite some time but only had $10,000.00. He had originally given her an estimate/quote of $15,000.00 some months ago when we first contacted him. So we kept looking for help and were contacting programs that assists the elderly with home repairs. We were getting turned down everywhere we tried. A couple weeks ago he came back to my mom’s house and told her he was going to replace her roof for the $10,000.00 which brought my mother to tears. She was so excited when she called to tell me the news! Not only did he replace the roof, he also had her yard cleaned up. He went above and beyond in replacing her roof that was severely damaged. My mom said to me, “I had been praying and praying on getting my roof fixed. Then God sent Mr. Ramirez!” We will forever be grateful to him for his compassion, kindness and generosity! Him and his crew are the BEST!!"
"I had an absolutely terrifying experience with a Ramirez Roofing vehicle while driving down Longview Road. Their driver was swerving in and out of their lane for a long stretch of the road, and several times it looked like they were intentionally trying to hit my car. When I finally honked to alert them, they responded by accelerating to at least 15 mph over the speed limit. At the next red light, they refused to move when it turned green. Then, right before it turned red again, they suddenly took off—only to continue driving just as recklessly. When I rolled down my window and told them to stay in their lane, they sped up to around 60 mph, which is over 20 mph above the posted limit. This kind of dangerous, irresponsible driving is completely unacceptable for anyone—let alone someone operating a company vehicle fully branded with the Ramirez Roofing name. If this is how their employees behave on the road, I can only imagine what kind of care (or lack of care) goes into their work. I would never trust a company that allows this level of recklessness to represent them. Absolutely unacceptable. Edit to my original review: I want to clarify a few important details. The drivers this company spoke to are not being honest — they were driving recklessly and nearly ran me off the road. The person who answered the phone refused to actually speak with me about what happened. No one yelled at her. I simply asked if she understood what I was saying, which for some reason she took as me asking if she spoke English. Instead of answering or discussing the situation, she refused to engage, so I told her I would escalate it to the police if she continued to shut down the conversation. She was the one refusing to act like an adult. When she asked if I got the license plate and I explained that it was dark and I only saw the company name on the van, she hung up on me. I have not received a call back — only an aggressive public response to my Google review. My “creative version” is actually the truth, and it’s disappointing that they would rather dismiss concerns than address reckless driving by their employees. Based on other reviews, poor communication and a complete lack of accountability seem to be an ongoing problem with this company."
"We are very pleased to have chosen Ramirez roofing. We had several bids, and we choose Ramirez for their pricing, and excellent response. We felt they were the most customer centered company we worked with, and we are certain we made the correct choice. Work quality, attention to detail, and materials used were all top quality. They worked long hours and weekends to get the job finished. Cleanup was excellent. Mr. Ramirez checked in several times, and always asked if we were happy, and if he could do anything else. He is sincere and a real gentleman. He also did roofing repair on my neighbors roof as we are in an adjoined town house. My neighbors roof was very happy with the job they did also."
