"Consider a contract with a different roofing company. I am very unhappy with Roof Pro, LLC’s products/services, and my experiences with them has been a hassle. My house had less issues before Roof Pro, LLC performed the work; some issues are now cleared during one Roof Pro, LLC's return repair visits. This review is based on my personal experiences with Roof Pro, LLC’s Invoice #3241; evidence is based on performed work results, in-person communication, emails and text messages. Roof Pro, LLC hasn’t demonstrated a skill set or a workmanship quality to finish a job completely and correctly on my house. They have returned about 15 times to fix issues caused by the performed work, and there are still outstanding issues with the work performed by Roof Pro, LLC. I can provide several examples. I asked the company sales representative (Kyle C.) if the crew that worked on my house was a new crew (in relation to all of the quality issues), and he said "No. It's the same crew we have working on all of our jobs." Roof Pro, LLC's sales pitch touts, "We are proficient" and "We are very talented putting on roofs". We haven't been shown any proficiency. They also tout, "We are going to be efficient." I have been taken away from my job on every one of these roughly 15 return repair visits. I would say, get everything in writing, but I have a 5 year Roof Pro, LLC workmanship warranty in writing, and it still hasn’t fixed Roof Pro, LLC’s workmanship issues. My hindsight opinion is, the sales tactics initially and throughout the experience with Roof Pro, LLC feel deceptive and crafted to be ambiguous (when compared from the initial sales visit to throughout the roughly 15 return repair visits on performed work). I am 20K+ into my contract with Roof Pro, LLC, and I am very unhappy with my purchase with Roof Pro, LLC. I communicated outstanding issues of a water leak, buckled shingles and repeatedly loud popping noises from the screened porch repair to Roof Pro, LLC on 06/09/2025, and I haven’t received a response as of this review. A positive show of effort from Roof Pro, LLC is, they have returned about 15 times to work on performed work issues over an 8 months time between the initial performed work and the last time they attempted a repair. Roof Pro, LLC has shown they try."

"Pat Leatherwood cane by to check for a leak on my roof. He didn’t find one but gave advice on what it could be. No charge and no pressure to replace my old roof. Amazing customer service which is a rarity these days. Will absolutely use him when the time comes to replace roof"
