"Overall we provide a 5 star rating but that does not mean everything was perfect. Volta sales rep was very knowledgeable on the process and with engagement. Roofing crew was very organized and precise, only a few plants and shrubs got a little smashed and are now coming back to life. There was one small area where siding was lifted and we had to address that issue. We coordinated with Volta's management and owner and they were very receptive to addressing the issue to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the information folder as it was thorough and very well thought out. We understand that the ridge vents were recommended but we opted to stay with the box vents and they installed all new ones. We did notice that there was an opportunity to provide clarity to the customer in the information folder and sales pitch and we discussed these proposed tweaks with the owner - he was more than happy to integrate those enhancements. We would go with Volta again and we highly recommend you consider them for your full roofing job."
