"Update: payments were made the week of service (there are 7 days in a week) and if that was problematic say that. You never mention anything about same day payments. Added messages below to confirm. Professionalism means COMMUNICATING any issues but maybe you are not aware of that. Instead of reaching out to me this season, you are absolutely right you should have “dropped” me last season because whatever you felt was definitely reflected in your work this season. How do you “forget” to cut a portion of someone yard? So it’s problematic that a water hose is in the yard? What a joke…definitely proving my point. Everyone is not a good business owner but you are correct there is no loss but definitely wanted people to beware. Best wishes! Very unprofessional service provider. I used the service for 1 season and he was very inconsistent but the cuts were good. Sometimes I would receive a text as to the reason why he missed a week and an estimated eta other times I would not. I do remember at one point he was having issues with his equipment. I never complained and was very flexible. At the start of the 2nd season he raised his price (felt it very much overpriced but so is everything else right now so whatever). Again inconsistent..not showing up weekly and I noticed there were areas of the yard not being cut. When pulling up we can see from the street the lack of attention to detail with the edging, the cut and clean up all of which was supposedly included in the price. Trash that blew in the yard big or small was mowed with the grass. I initially thought maybe it was an off day/mistake and picked up the trash but no it started to be the norm. Then noticed if there was anything left in the yard toys, hose, hose reel etc. that area of the yard would not be cut. At this point we are about 3 cuts into this season and it was off to a rough start. I politely reached out regarding this issue (2 sentences in a text). Not sure but maybe he felt I had no right to voice any concerns about the service I was paying for because without notice he stopped showing up. Honestly, I didn’t notice initially just thought again he was being inconsistent per usual. I reached out but received no response. Very unprofessional service provider. I would not recommend using this provider if you want quality lawn care."
"Used Ryan for some landscaping work including removing shrubs and laying rock. His quote was reasonable and Ryan and his whole crew worked hard and were very respectful. I am very happy with the finished result and would recommend Henson’s for any landscaping work."
