"Complete scam. Initial quote was for $750. Charged me $960! When I asked why the extra charge, they claimed it was for leaf removal which never took place (as you can see in the pictures attached). After days of calling them I eventually threatened to report them to the small claims court and they refunded my money. Only to charge me $60 for lawn mowing on a snow storm day! I have blocked any further charges from them and reported them to my bank. Edit: You claim the charge on 11/10 for mowing was for 11/3? You already charged me for mowing on 11/3. Attached screenshot of the quote. $600 for plants, $85 for leaf removal and $60 for mowing = $745."
