"Summit has been taking care of our lawn and snow removal for years and gradually have become less and less reliable in the quality and timeliness of their work. It doesn’t matter how many times we complain, nothing changes. Our HOA chooses to continue to pay Summit Lawn, though they know our residents are unhappy with their work. They make promises for scheduling they do not keep. They regularly leave behind messes for us to clean up. We’ve had to call to ask them to come back and finish jobs in the last 12 months. They’ve taken on more work than they can handle and prioritize the communities that pay more, I suppose."
