"Terran and his crew were the most professional, thoughtful and courteous people I have encountered in dealing with the catastrophe of the Oxford ice storm and its aftermath. We had a 125+ year old willow oak next to our house that lost multiple limbs during the storm but miraculously our house escaped major damage. The limbs each weighed several thousand pound. We contacted Terran and he immediately came by our house and looked at the remaining trunk of the tree 80 inches in diameter and its remaining limbs. Within days he and his crew were on site and removed our cherished tree in one day. He understood how much we Loved the tree and how much it was part of our life fabric and was so good in walking us through the process. The removal of the tree was dignified and honored the long life of the tree. The removal was flawless and truly a work of art. We cannot say enough good things about Terran and his people.
