"Been buying parts from them for my building for years. I have 7 rtu's on my building that occasionally needs parts, most of which I can install myself. Had a cash account set up but was told that I had to have a different type of account now. I guess they are trying to keep their contractors busy, but when I do need a licensed HVAC guy, it won't be theirs. I don't need a contractor to remove a screw. Oh we, their loss, not mine"
